Health benefits of cereal

        Hi everyone,I read an article about the health benefits of eating cereal.who would have imagine that cereal would be a meal that can prolong ones life.Although I usually take cereal but not every morning.However,I bought this cereal called ''roast flakes' which is full of sugar,I did not enjoy eating it,and I trashed the remaining cereal.Now that I have knowledge of its health benefits.I will start eating it every morning.Moreover,I will advice those who hate foods that contains high fiber to consider eating cereal because of some dreadful diseases such as cancers,inflammation and obesity.Additionally,if some of us can take bitter pills every morning due to illness then what stops us from taking cereal every day.Also think about this medical saying ''prevention is better than cure''.

  1. This article is really educating . Not everyone knows that cereal is good for ones health . Cereal contains a whole lot of fiber . It is always good to eat a lot of fiber every day for you to be healthy and strong .
