I love the research work done in this article because I have always believe the fact that lack of sleep could be very harmful to the body. Sometimes we believe taking a nap could replace the night rest and sleep but it doesn't. Most of us with our busy schedules find it hard to get enough sleep at night,especially with many activities in our life.However,I need to prepare my schedules properly in order to have enough time for sleep. Additionally, I'm not ready to trade my sleep again for a couple of dollar.

I have to work late at night, I sometimes I am studying and reading at night because during the day I do have to think in my son and help with the house and part going to work some part. I really was perplexed for the health problems according to the statistics. I can not denied to feel tired and forgetting things, too. I will try to sleep as much as I can since now on. However, There is one thing, My father in-law works out, studies medicine books, plays music and watches movies. He goes to sleep at 1 or 2 in the morning and He goes to work at 7 next morning. I do not understand how he is able to spend so much time without sleep. He says that every person is different. there are some people who do not need to much sleep.
