Hi everyone,I read an article about the ways one can prevent Alzheimer's disease which are socializing and doing creative activities such as painting, sewing, reading books.I think this new discovery would go a long way to reduce the rate of Alzheimer's disease in our society today.I believe all jobs really involve using your own brain.Although a lot of people are involve in one job or the other  which they find to be boring; we should make our job fun,and try to think outside the box.It is good to try this way of life in order to stave the brain of Alzheimer's disease. In summary, all the message in this article is simply keeping the brain active.

  2. I really love this information. It seems to be very enjoyable to spend time for our self, and we usually think on working more than live our lives. I believe that is a great effort to break routines here in the USA. There are a lot of people who have even 2 jobs and the family routines. we take care of the house, pay bills, take care of our children. All these sometimes become a boring routine. Even though we love our children and couple. I now have an excuse to hang out a little bit more and try new activities with them. I think one of the reason this advise works is because it reduces the level of stress in the individuals. there are some reports about the stress and the connection that destroys brain cells too. thanks for the article.
